Went in for testing the nurse was very new with english as second language maybe so she didn’t seem to understand my complaint. People training her were very short with me and her. They had me verify my ss# and birthday on a handheld device that only shows 3 of the first numbers. I was then told to sign it anyway or I couldn’t have my belongings back. Crazy place don’t go here
Not only is the staff super supportive and caring but the entire office is warm and welcoming! The smell of sweet maple made it feel like a cozy weekend inside curled up with your favorite blanket. Hands down the best medical care I've ever experienced. From the receptionist to the doctors and everyone in between I give five stars from my personal experience! Thank you for such amazing empathy and compassion!! 5
Scheduled a 3:00 appt for general lab work. Got to the appointment on time and the office smells horrendous!! Either every woman there is pms'ing and doesn't shower or the entire office had fish for lunch because it's nasty! I waited 45 mins for the office staff to tell me they couldn't perform general lab work. They are completely unprofessional and a waste of time. Go somewhere else.
Staff is uneducated on what orders need to be done, was told to buy a labcorp order online so i did and then i got a call later in the day saying they were unable to run my tests. Absolutely furious with the carelessness of this place. They weren’t going to run my tests at all. A waste of time, energy and money. And the person that called me at the end of the day was rude, when it was her staffs mistake.
