Airbest service people are always so pleasant and easy to work with. Always timely and polite.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! STAY FAR FAR AWAY! They are extremely unprofessional, do terrible work, and STEAL. They installed our HVAC in our new construction house. It leaked. They said it was dried out. Months later, their tech came to do routine required maintenance. Then the system then LEAKED AGAIN. We were told it was due to problems with the installation. Technician was friendly, polite and was able to take care of my issue once the necessary replacement part was received.
I would highly recommend you look elsewhere. At first, AirBest (AB) was professional. They made an appointment a week out for a standard service call on our hvac. We’re a new customer to them. They confirmed it with a 1/2 hour timeframe to appear via email. When they missed that, we called and they gave us a new time to arrive in the early afternoon. AB missed both committed windows.
