Installer didn’t show to my 7:30am appointment today. When I called the store at 9am, I was told that they had to order more of my carpet so no install for me. And oops, no phone call from them to let me know there would be no installation. So, after waking up early to meet them at the house, and having someone watch my kids, I told them I wanted to cancel my order and wanted a refund. I have been into this location twice, and both times saw multiple employees with either no mask at all, or wearing it around their chin or neck and walking right past customers.
Over priced . With low quality flooring. Not to bring up the installation they perform.

We go in to pick out laminate flooring and guy seemed nice and friendly while making the sale. Husband says we needed a transition piece but didn’t know what to get. He made a recommendation- never said this was a special order. Piece cost 55. Piece didn’t work so husband (80 and we are on fixed income) tried to return. Told can’t return it. We have to eat the 55 for his mistake. He got rude. Husband told girls at desk to take us out of the computer as we won’t be back. We spent over $1500. What’s up with that?! I guess I ha... read more
I went to the Teacher Appreciation Day. I got a free rug for my classroom. My students will love the plush carpet. The men were so helpful and friendly. I would recommend them to everyone.
