Bought air struts for a 2014 silverado, still waiting for an update, it's been over a month, and nothing has changed, would be better if they gave an update on the progress of the merchandise

I paid $350 for a compressor tank and gauge. Got it in the mail. Set my truck for for it and the compressor doesnt work. I needed it for a show this week. So of course Im upset. I say the part was junk. He goes off on me say ***** this ***** that. Saying me calling it junk I will not get help. They say 100% satisfaction that cant happen

Terrible company, sold me something that didn’t work on my truck, I sent multiple emails and called multiple times, each time getting doged by the owner, who is a coward and likes to hide behind a phone. Terrible customer service, terrible service, and I feel as though I have been taken advantage of. Do not do business with this company unless you want to throw out seven hundred dollars. You guys suck ????

The sales rep helped me find the parts I needed. Even when the specifications I needed were not on their website the salesman had the parts pulled from inventory, measured them and emailed me the information the next day. In the end I received the parts I needed to fit my application. Thanks for helping me get the correct parts fast. Steve form Raleigh

I've purchased thousands of dollars in air springs from this company over 6 years. Customer service has been horrible at best! My last shipment from them was for 100 units. Shipment arrived missing 12 units. Phoned them to initiate claim, never heard from them after 30 days, neither did the trucking company. I had to contact the trucking company myself to receive satisfaction. 2 air springs had holes in them left by the manufacturing process. I would give ZERO STARS if I could. Horrible company. Bought a kit advertized as plug and play for my 2010 crown victoria. They sent all the wrong parts and when I called they claimed they were correct and charged me extra to get the right fittings. Then they billed me twice. Followed up by the kit being designed by in idiot causing the fittings to keep breaking. Long story short I ended up buying the Ride Tech kit for the car and all issues were solved. This company (AIRBAGIT.COM) has an ad on Craigslist selling shipping containers. I went to their place of business *** *Hibbert ****, AZ 85210 and talked with the owner. I agreed to buy 2 40' containers from them @ $1850 each, I left a $500 deposit, he showed me the 2 containers that I would be receiving, my son and I had to climb into the containers to see the inside and we agreed that I would come back the following week to pay the containers in full. The kit arrived on time and was overall very satisfied with their product, price and customer service. Really nice to see there are still people there that are very friendly and show excellent customer skills. I would highly recommend them!

This kit installed very easy because the instructions were very clear. It took about 3 hours and is working great and made a big difference in the drive ability of my Silverado 2500 HD. I would recommend this product over adding an extra leaf spring and it is fully adjustable. I would suggest to change the shocks at the same time.
