I had a mini-split heat pump issue in a difficult location that Air Ace declined to take. The people who came out for the estimate were awesome! Super professional, easy to talk to, seemed like we had a plan for moving forward. Wonderful experience. Joel called me personally and refused the job. Dang was he rude about declining that job. Highly recommend using AirAce for all of your HVAC needs. We had our 20 year old HVAC system replaced by AirAce and they were very professional and did a fantastic job with the installation. We also appreciated the extra time that Joel spent explaining different options and helping us decide what was best for our home. A big shout out also to Beth who is a wonderful technician and really knows the ins and outs of HVAC systems. For honest prices and service give AirAce a call!

Great service! Furnace went out on a Thursday night and Joel came out and diagnosed it. Beth had the new part installed and running first thing Friday morning. Signed up for the yearly maintenance plan also and now my 20+ year old furnace is running better than ever. Thank you!

5 stars! AirAce Heating and Cooling came out on a Sunday during a snowy, freezing cold spell when my heat went out—no hesitation, even in terrible weather. They showed up promptly, diagnosed the issue quickly, fixed it right away, and were extremely polite and professional the whole time. It was a huge relief to have heat back so fast. Highly recommend this company—they truly go above and beyond!

My boiler repair man did an excellent job fixing my heating system with a quick and simple solution. He arrived on time, was polite and professional, and immediately identified the problem after a short inspection. What I thought would be a big, expensive repair turned out to be a small issue that he fixed right away. Within minutes, the heat was back on and working perfectly.
