Simply put, excellent customer service, and amazing work. AC unit stopped working outside, late last night. Text them at 1230am, and they were here about 10am or so today. Educated us on the unit, replaced the damaged parts on our 20yr old unit, and now, we have a functioning air conditioner again!! Thank you Joel, and the Air Ace team.
Great customer service and communication! Very thorough and transparent when it comes to repair plan and pricing. Great quality work and professionalism from the first phone call to the finished work. We have used Air Ace at both our former and current home. Highly recommend!
Beth and Joel at AirAce are absolutely fantastic. They came out for our maintenance plan and realized we had a bigger issue than we thought with our A/C. They got us installed next day with a full new HVAC system, which was a life saver given how hot it was, and was going to continue to be. AirAce is absolutely wonderful. If I could give them more stars, I would. They were very transparent with me, very nice, easy to work with and definitely earned my business. I have absolutely no complaints with them. In fact, I had a different company technician come by and check out my AC problem, and I was told that my AC compressor was grounded and that I might as well just get a whole new HVAC system.
