Transparent pricing and personable staff! Beth was our technician on site and she did a thorough job inspecting/addressing our AC concerns. She was super knowledgeable and easy to talk to (gave a heads up on arrival time AND placed a follow up call to give us info on an energy audit referral contact I had asked about). X1000% will use again in the future!

We had a great experience with AirAce Heating and Cooling! We needed their services several times and they were reliable, punctual, and efficient. We ultimately needed a new heating unit and they scheduled and completed everything in a very timely manner, and they made sure everything was done right. They were quick and responsive on the phone, and got me scheduled for a service within a few days. Tech came out on time and was very respectful and knowledgeable. They had the issue figured out within the first hour and explained what it was and what it would cost to fix it, but they didn't have the parts on the truck and would have to come back at a later date. They were able to come back the same day and get everything fixed! I couldn't be happier!

5 stars! AirAce Heating and Cooling came out on a Sunday during a snowy, freezing cold spell when my heat went out—no hesitation, even in terrible weather. They showed up promptly, diagnosed the issue quickly, fixed it right away, and were extremely polite and professional the whole time. It was a huge relief to have heat back so fast. Highly recommend this company—they truly go above and beyond!
