Wow here is your reminder that your mini split unit really needs a cleaning! So impressed with the customer service in this company from every interaction. The owner called me before my tech came as I needed clarity on the cleaning. Beth was our tech and so sweet & helpful.

Joel came out to check our AC Due to it, not blowing out cold air. Plus the main refrigerant lines were frozen over. Joel came out Explained everything Talk me through what he was doing, explained his findings. Turned out our AC was low on refrigerant. Joe was very professional and extremely helpful with getting the AC back on and running in our house. He will be coming back out to make sure we have no leaks in our lines as well! He was very efficient with his work. 10 out of 10 would recommend

Our technician was delayed by a problem at another visit. But she was well worth the wait. She was personable, knowledgeable and great with our pets. We had a great experience with AirAce Heating and Cooling! We needed their services several times and they were reliable, punctual, and efficient. We ultimately needed a new heating unit and they scheduled and completed everything in a very timely manner, and they made sure everything was done right. We truly appreciate Joel and his teams dedication and would highly recommend AirAce to anyone in need of heating and cooling services!

Transparent pricing and personable staff! Beth was our technician on site and she did a thorough job inspecting/addressing our AC concerns. She was super knowledgeable and easy to talk to (gave a heads up on arrival time AND placed a follow up call to give us info on an energy audit referral contact I had asked about). X1000% will use again in the future!
