Joel and his team were exceptional! Had a new AC unit replaced and they went above and beyond to make my and furnace would work up to their capabilities! Would highly recommend!

Our air conditioner stopped working around 1:00 AM on Sunday morning. At 6:30 AM, our phone call was answered by Joel (not the recording we were expecting), and by 8:00 AM Joel was working on our air conditioner. Wow, an early Sunday morning emergency service call!! Could it get any better than this?? Well, yes it did! Because we have a maintenance plan with Air Ace Heating and Cooling, there was no charge for the service call. AirAce is absolutely wonderful. If I could give them more stars, I would. They were very transparent with me, very nice, easy to work with and definitely earned my business. I have absolutely no complaints with them. In fact, I had a different company technician come by and check out my AC problem, and I was told that my AC compressor was grounded and that I might as well just get a whole new HVAC system. We are so incredibly grateful to Air Ace heating & cooling. This company did an outstanding job replacing our boiler. They were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything along the way. I would highly recommend this this company. The communication was excellent, they were punctual, kind, trustworthy, knowledgeable and very clean/neat. Julian was our technician for our summer maintenance. He was so thorough and took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly! He was very knowledgeable and kept us updated during the process. He definitely went over and beyond what we were expecting and we couldn’t be happier.
