Was a member for a few months, had a job change and ended up moving. Been in the gym now overall for the last 6 years and lost over 200 pounds. This gym definitely is top notch. Great equipment, CLEAN, the lighting is awesome. Just a great environment. Stop in, check it out for yourself. Definitely recommend getting a membership

Not my usual gym. But was meeting my kids in the area for dinner so we met here and gout our workout in. Let me say the owner was gracious and accommodating. The facility was clean and neat. With a variety of new equipment. The vibe was great! If you haven’t checked it out yet you are missing out. Great hometown gym feel. Thanks for a great workout and experience!!!
