Great gym, quiet and not many people
I had such a great experience at this new local gym in Mishawaka! Before I made it to the door AJ was waiting for my scheduled arrival and immediately introduced himself. He was incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful. He took the time to explain how the different equipment worked and even demonstrated how to make adjustments to target different areas of the body. Nice private, and relaxing gym really lets you focus on getting stronger with no kids running around! The personal training is also a great time.
