Great experience with the owner Tosin. Super nice facility with high end equipment. Would recommend for anyone preparing for Hyrox or looking for general fitness classes.

I love this gym! The staff is very welcoming and transparent. The small group classes are high energy and go by quickly. I have also worked with Coach Tori for several months. She created a personalized plan that has been effective in helping me meet my goals.
