Had multiple problems with this gym, nobody ever around to cancel membership, BT scan did not let me access the gym multiple times a week, told I would be charged 40.00 a month by Stephen but reviewing my statements ended up being 50.00 per month, Denied my cancelation, keeps attempting to charge my card now bringing the total “owed” to nearly $300.00 for a gym that was disappointing, poorly staffed, hard to get into. I signed up for a class here on ClassPass. I showed up, the door was unlocked, but no one was there and the lights were off. Very strange

I left my Beats headphones by accident on August 6th, The next day I remembered and called the manager. I told him if he could look at the cameras for me to see if they saw who took them. The manager told me they had found some. I went back to look, but they weren’t mine; just some cheap headphones. $ 350 headphones got stolen from this gym. You would think they would have found the person that took them since they have cameras, and it’s not like it’s a big commercial gym. I’m still upset about this. It’s also crazy how they... read more
