Buyer Beware!! After many years of being a loyal paying customer, I regret having to write this review. AIR 72 has chosen PROFITS OVER CUSTOMER SERVICE. They have denied me service because I had the audacity -- ONCE -- to supply my own part! They stated this is their existing policy which was news to me. When I requested a callback from the manager/owner, John, I was ignored completely. Doug, on the other hand, has always been great. I highly recommend avoiding this company due to their disingenuous and greedy behavior!!
