Jake was prompt, professional and personable. He explained what he did and what additional maintenance is recommended. We were pleased with the service he provided.
Absolutely the WORST AC business I have ever dealt with. They will come out, charge a ton of money and not fix the problem, then will come back out, charge more money and STILL not fix the problem!! Horrible service! And definitely do not get sucked in on their maintenance plan, waste of money! Do yourself a favor and call someone else!
Michael Thomas arrived when expected, was knowledgeable about his job, and was fast and efficient. I would use the company again.

Michael was great. He showed up a little early which is always nice to see when it comes to home services companies. He was very informative and explained what exactly was wrong with my unit. I have used Air Zero for years and will always call them because they have great customer service, great pricing, and do quality work. I also appreciate that they are a veteran owned company. If you are look for a great HVAC company, look no further than Air Zero!
