Air Zero is great, highly recommend because they go the extra mile to take care of their customers. When I had questions about the AC issue. They sent their director of operations to further diagnose and explain in simple terms we could understand. He recommended a solution that didn’t cost me anything because it was a simple DIY fix. I love their honesty and how they take care of their customers. The best HVAC company in Tampa Bay!
We used to love this company but they changed owners or management at some point and have gone seriously downhill. We’ve had multiple technicians come out over the last few years and with the exceptions of Tom and Troy, they’ve all been worthless. They can fix things for a few days but then (surprise!) your 5 year old $14k A/C is out again for weeks at the time. The cherry on top was the last visit from Michael that cost us an unnecessary $5600. Stay far far away from this incompetent business.
Air Zero is my go to HVAC company! They are Veteran owned, and provide excellent professional services. You can’t beat their quality or their prices. Their backside support is also excellent; they have always been on time, and after they complete their services, the technician provides a report with recommendations. Thank you!
