Sold me the wrong Heat Pump and installed it wrong. The owner refuses to talk to me and he will not allow his people to correct the problems that they created and are easily corrected Their latest answer is not to fix things but for me to find a new company, which is what everyone should do. Poorly run business.
Great Service. My system quit working and ended up having to be replaced. Air Works did a great job from start to finish. I would recommend them to anyone needing heating or air conditioning service.
My heat stopped working and I feared the worst. I called Air Works and felt comfortable with the person on the phone. When the technician arrived I explained how the heat just stopped without any warning. The technician went under the house and just a few minutes later the heat was working again. It was just a loose wire in the furnace and not a major issue. My new hvac person is Air Works. I felt comfortable with the whole process
I received great customer service from the time I called air works till the technician left my home. Would recommend them to anyone.
This company actually answered the phone at 9:30pm on a Sunday evening. I was expecting either no answer or an answering service like the previous companies I had called. The tech was on time and completed the repair in a timely manner. VERY SATISFIED!!!
I read the two reviews that were on this website and that is how I found this company. They came when they said they would and didn't even mind the 10,000 questions my 8 yr old asked. He was so courteous and friendly and professional. He explained what he was doing as he was doing it and I totally recommend them to anyone who needs their service!

The technician was very polite and courteous. Explained all work that was performed and showed me how to program our thermostat. VERY SATISFIED.
