BEWARE! I have a 7 year old Trane AC unit from this company under that is still under warranty. It was unable to keep up with the heat recently and a technician came out to "service" it. AC UNITS ARE CLOSED UNITS. They SHOULD NOT leak refrigerant if the parts within are functional. HOWEVER, this tech charged me $170 to come out and add Freon, saying that it is "regular maintenance" and did not do any work to find the leak that is obviously the cause of the freon level going down.
