WOW! Just had a chat with Dina, she answered all my questions on the phone, showed me alternatives and so on! Now I know what to do and what to expect, absolutely excellent and knowledgeable pre-purchase customer service!! (we're talking about a complex water filtration system at a former commercially used place that was put in by another outfit, or alternatively installing an RO system to cover the (now) residential needs instead)

Phenomenal business. We bought a house 4 years ago and have had a soft water system here the whole time, I knew nothing about it and the water made our skin very dry and unpleasant for anything (hard water). I called Air&Water in Williams Lake and their booking times are not too bad, definitely worth it! The service man was very knowledgeable, trustworthy and a great, respectful person.
