Purchased 2 Air Vent attic fans from Lowes when I had my roof replaced. The one on my lower roof was not coming on when I checked I found the motor was bad. Called Air Vent spoke to customer service the person gave me an email address were to I had to send my receipt for my purchase. they emailed me back and said to allow 2 weeks for the parts to ship. Received them just as they had told me. I would highly recommend this company they stand behind there products..
product may be good, but lady on phone (customer service/technical) was not very helpful, not accommodating in trying to understand what I was trying to ask her on installation for one of their products. I think a more 'experienced person' would have been easier and more broad minded and helpful in the matter. figured it out on my own, thanks, anyway.
Motor failure and company would not stand behind warranty. They look for ways to avoid coverage vs handling the faulty product
