Good Service I called in an emergency and this was the only company that we could get to come out on short notice. Everyone else was on a 48 hour waiting list. The service technician was friendly and efficient.
Came on time, charged a fair price for what they did, but.... although we have a heat pump, the technician who serviced our unit insisted that we did not, and that we had been misinformed about this when we purchased our home. I am no heating and cooling expert, but I do expect my technicians to be experts. Yes, we do have a heat pump, but we won't be using Air-Trol again.
