I just had entire new high-velocity ac system installed and every step of the process was amazing. Vic the salesperson was very thorough in his review of our needs and answering all my questions. He was so knowledgeable about the units and the industry! The installers, Derrick and Bethel were top-notch! their attitudes were so great and they were very neat and clean over the two days it took for the work to be done. We had our furnace replaced today and everything was fantastic. Previously we had Air Treatment replace our air conditioner. Denise came out to assess our needs and as before she was amazing. She is incredibly knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. The quote she gave us was very competitive. Derek was our technician and we were thrilled with his competence and attention to detail.
