Throughout the entire process, he was not only professional but also extremely courteous and respectful. He took the time to explain each step of the repair process, even showed videos of the problem and took the time to answer questions and explain things I didn't understand. Communication was clear and transparent. He was honest, with no surprises and I will definitely recommend people to his company.
