In June 2024, I gave money (i.e., $2,490.00) to Nate (which he said he needed up front). As soon as I did, however, Nate kept the money and did not do the work. In November 2024, I talked to a manager at Home Depot who showed me that Nate had charged me exactly double what the job materials cost. In June 2025, I took Nate to Small Claims Court in Madison County, AL. In January 2026, I filed a police report in Madison County, which documents the ongoing problems I've had with Air Today. Buyer Beware! In 2025, I took Nate Carr to Small Claims Court (in Madison County) for fraud. In June 2024, Nate knocked on my door and offered to do work for me; since he was my next-door neighbor, I trusted him (and paid the materials up front); as soon as I gave Nate money, though, he did not do the job. Five months later, he finally did some of the work (very shoddily); for example, he used indoor drywall screws for outdoor work (and left the screws protruding way out, causing a safety hazard); I then talked to a manager ... read more

Unfortunately, we had a bad experience doing business with Mr. Nate Carr; he was unprofessional, rude, flew off the handle in a fit of rage about something we tried to calmly discuss with him, threatened us, and did not finish the work we paid him to do; and don't be fooled by his threat to take legal action in his comments below; our statements are not slander, libel, or defamation of character; we have photos and documentation to legally back these statements of shoddy and unfinished work.
