This company was sent by my warranty company and insisted the the horrific noise my compressor is making when the fan stops that it's a normal sound. A second appt was made for 2/30/25 from 11 to 3pm. They neither came or called and would not answer the calls. Terrible service and horrendous customer service. My time is also valuable so a call informing me that they would not come or that they would not service me would be professional. If they did not want to do the work then why accept the job. Affordable, honest, and i was a fit in. They were completely booked and still came out and fixed the problem very promptly and very professional. Guys if you need work done on your AC please look them up.I highly recommend to everyone. Keep up the good work .
