My furnace was on its last legs (around 30 year old system) so I had to have it replaced. After thorough research of multiple companies, I decided to go with Air Time!! I am so happy I did! Ed and Chris showed up on time and went straight to work. They had the old one out and new one in, up and running in a few hours. We call call Airtime for all our heating and cooling needs. The owner, Tom, is a wonderful individual who provides prompt and outstanding service.
Their gatekeeper hung up the call on my face while my AC was out. Shitty service
Our furnace retired during winter season. I believe it dropped low as12 degrees. The owner, out of concern for ours and our aussiedoodles well being, lend us two oil heaters for use. We lucked out, he had 1 furnace model that was needed in our house. They were able to install it within a short time. I WANT TO THANK YOU FOR SERVICE AND COMPASSION. Couldn't of chosen a better company 😌
