Not very happy. After spending over $12,000 for purchase and install of our Bosch Ductless Single mini split air conditioner/heat pump 15 months ago, we have had to have numerous service calls to Air Tight because it was not working properly... problems in the winter for heat when it was snowing and problems in the hot summer to cool the house.
