Jordan was absolutely awesome! He was professional, punctual, polite and as young as he is was he was very knowledgeable in his field !
I would not recommend them as a business. They are poor with communication, keeping and providing records, and keeping track of scheduled services. If you are required to have a service plan by your landlord covering HVAC I strongly advise against using this company.

Paid for a warranty but can't get an appointment, feels like a bait and switch unfortunately. Edited after their reply below to say this was a commercial HVAC purchase for my business, years ago, as was my original review. I ended up having to hire another company to service the unit.
