Tim came out on Thursday to fix our air conditioner. He had to get a part and come back on Friday. Very prompt and efficient service.Unit working fine. Tim was very pleasant to work with. Will use again.

I live in a 55 and above apartment complex in RSM. Air Temperature is currently doing maintenance on our building. They are replacing a pump in that required the water to be shut off. Over my years here at my apartment complex the water has been shut off numerous times. Please tell your employees THANK YOU for leaving the cold water on during this repair. Special thanks to Randell for his courteous and thoughtful help and letting us flush our toilets: )
