These folks are always amazing
Air Temp provides great services. I am on their heating maintenance contract and they quickly helped me when one of my valves went bad, our heat is back on!
I wish I could give this company zero stars I have to say this is the absolute worst company and the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They installed a new wall unit, December 19th I called the next day to inform them that the heat Wasn’t working they sent out the same technician five times to troubleshoot and the unit is still not working. today is January 13 which is almost a month and I still do not have a working unit. Service is atrocious. They are unable to fix the new machine that they placed
I would like to say that Air Temp is a great company. The people they have working with them know their stuff and are very knowledgeable with the information they give you. They came and installed in two days and their work is clean. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional company.
