I called for AC service and they had technicians out in less than 30 minutes. Tommy and Thomas were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They worked very hard to diagnose and fix the issue. They were fair in their pricing, and I would highly recommend! We used this company multiple times and they always fix the issue same day.
If i could give negative stars, i would give it. My sister and i had been waiting nearly a year to get our dads ac and heating unit fixed, 10 months, for a part that they needed for a new unit that wouldnt work when they put in. They FINALLY got the part after 10 months. And they said they needed the payment right away after the job was finished. Terrible service. Customer service even worse. Will start using a company out of Stephenville tx.
Had a AC and water heater installed and they did a fantastic job. They came out immediately to fix any issues.
