A gentleman that came out was going to send us quotes my email and give us a phone call and that was over 5 days ago. His name is Damon so we are pursuing other quotes. Very very disappointed
Very Dissatisfied with service and billing. I called them to check my boiler, told them it was flashing at number 13 and that it meant the fan was running too slow. Repairman came out and asked me how I knew what the 13 meant and did I have a book on the furnace. I told him no book, I googled it. He checked how much voltage came to it and said he would send an estimate for repair. Low and behold, it was the fan motor.
