Jason, the owner of air temp, cheats his customers on faulty warranty work, knowingly installs incorrect size units in homes and now that I think if it…he has got to be related to Hunter Biden.
Less than two weeks after installation, the brand new unit was not cooling or working properly. Multiple attempts by the company failed to fix the problem. After several other companies were unable to fix the problem I was made aware this unit was installed incorrectly and the size is not correct for my home. After spending thousands of dollars on an Air condition unit just to have it not work properly EVER is very infuriating and expensive to say the least. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Air Temp has gone above and beyond working with me and my husband. I cannot count the times Josh has bent over backwards to help me. It’s been a fight with our home warranty all the way on every issue. I thank God for Josh, Khrystian and all the others that helped get us going again. I have been told I could find cheaper service but that’s exactly what I’d be getting! Josh is the perfect example of what customer service should always look like. Thank you guys for all you have done!

Some say Air Temp is more pricey than others-but I think you get what you pay for. I have used them several times for plumbing and they are fair, courteous and up front. Josh has done the work for me and is great! Never leaves a mess. Their work is always guaranteed too. I give them 5 stars.

What I thought was going to cost $7-10,000 ended up being just $500 and the job was done well. Matt is a funny, professional guy that cleaned up when he was done and left me cool and with a smile on my face.
As always the tech they sent was courteous and proffessional, they took care of our problem and honored the warranty.
