Called for appointment to fix a leak from the hall ceiling. Visit 1: Techs out for repair. Said it was done. Leak resumed. Visit 2: Came back out to repair. Instructed to leave ac off for a couple of hours. Turned ac on. Leak resumed. Visit 3: Came back out. Said it was done. Rerouted the leak to another part of the ceiling. Worse than before. Called back out. Didn’t show back up or return my call. SOL. Anyway. I hope your experience with them goes better than mine.

I called for AC service and they had technicians out in less than 30 minutes. Tommy and Thomas were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They worked very hard to diagnose and fix the issue. They were fair in their pricing, and I would highly recommend! We used this company multiple times and they always fix the issue same day.

If i could give negative stars, i would give it. My sister and i had been waiting nearly a year to get our dads ac and heating unit fixed, 10 months, for a part that they needed for a new unit that wouldnt work when they put in. They FINALLY got the part after 10 months. And they said they needed the payment right away after the job was finished.
