Absolutely terrible repair and customer service. Luis missed a couple appointments and was so late that the kitchen was closed when he finally arrived. He said he fixed our freezer and it didn't drop below 50 degrees and night and we lost almost all our product and when I called him so . he could return and complete the repair has told me our freezer gave him a headache and hung up on me. In 40 years of being in the F&B industry this is the first time I experienced such disrespect and incompetent service
