Shane from American Air HVAC was exceptional! My indoor A/c unit was leaking water and I was told by another company that it was the drain pan and I would have to fix it for $$$ when Shane came in he looked right away and saw that it was not the drain pan and located the correct issue. Cam and Larry did a great job with our AC installation. They cleaned everything up and were very professional
Shane was competent and professional finishing the install ahead of schedule. Larry was professional answering my questions . It was very cold working out side the day Larry installed my air conditioner He never complained just kept on. He was careful not to bring dirt into the house.Great group of tech.
