Such a professional company and staff. Carson installed a new AC split system for me in just 2 days, very professional and easy to deal with. I was unable to be present, but he constantly updated me on the progress and sent me photos. I recommend this company and ask for Carson to do your install. Also, must mention the office staff (Lisa W) is very efficient as well, amazing to actually have a company that answers the phone and gets back to you in a reasonable amount of time!
Again I have to highly recommend the team at Air Technical and I especially want to say how great Jimmy is - very responsive, went above and beyond helping in a situation where we had pipes burst in an emergency situation. I can't say enough good things about Jimmy - always available to answer questions, kept me informed every step of the way with the repairs and made some great recommendations. Extremely happy with the service we received from Air Tech. Austin and his crew went above and beyond to get the job done. We had an outdoor, underground pipe burst in the height of the cold weather and Air Tech was extremely responsive to get it fixed. Everyone, especially Austin, was responsive to us and any questions we had. Austin even came by after the job was complete to walk me through everything they did to fix the issue and ensure it doesn't happen again. I would highly recommend them.
