This was a bad install.. a/c guy stepped on a pvc pipe in the attic and had to come back and fix it, leaving stains on my ceiling; was called out multiple times to address the loud vibrating unleveled a/c that shook the walls, which never got fully resolved until i called another company over a year later after other issues caused water damage. They also overcharged the a/c and left trash inside the unit after the install, then they got an attitude and denied their faults after we called again about unresolved problems that ... read more
