We called Jag for giving quotation for our AC remote but he never mentioned that he will be charging us. He just went to the roof and put us $175 bill.He started speaking n shouting so loud that our toddler started crying. Very disappointed.
Jag was very professional, responsive and provided outstanding value. I would highly recommend Jag to all future employers!
Jag was very poor in communication from start to finish. Couldn't confirm time, had to chase him. He finished inspecting my 2 air cons in half an hour and charged 250, but had issues straight after. Sent him several text messages no response. Will not recommend at all.
Rob was great to deal with. We were very happy with our new split system, he was here on time and his workmanship is extremely good. Would definitely recommend him to anyone!
