All in all the install experience was great but its been nothing but trouble since its installed. Having to miss work repeatedly to be home for them to come fix it. Its caused me to use my vacation time waiting on them as well as physically causing minor water damage to my home. Plus the uncomfortablility of it being summer time and having to turn it off every time i wake up with a problem or come home to a problem. I will never use them again or ever recommend them to anyone. My house is still at 80 and when I called back trying to get someone out I’m told management was told by their technician that I was watching the entire time that he nearly fell through my floor which never happened. After waiting over 20 minutes for them to get a manager to talk to me because the excuse of “I almost fell because there’s no sheet rock on the floor” makes no sense since Sheetrock is for walls and not floors.
