Had to have our furnace replaced after 30 years. Called Air Tech. They replaced it. Could not of asked for a nicer group of people to work with. From the office staff in both Ripon and Fond du Lac. To the technicians who came out first and tried to fix the old furnace. To technicians who installed the new furnace. They were all Rock Stars. True customer service is alive and well at Air Tech Heating. They knocked it out of the park!!! Highly recommend them.

I'm super glad I called! Mike came out & was super kind. Explained alot of things to me as I was a first time central air owner. Cleaned my absolute mess of an external unit really well. Will definitely keep their # for service & emergencies. Inspected/cleaned my heating unit as well, and cleaned up after himself. I am very grateful for his time & knowledge.
On time, knowledgeable and friendly. Came in, explained what needed to be done, got the job done quickly, ran through the details with me and cleaned up. Well done
After my furnace went out, they went above and beyond to get to me fast. With the temperature dropping so fast, they offered portable heaters to help keep my home warm until the job was completed. Mike was the tech that came to my home, ahead of schedule, and got my furnace fixed in no time. I can't thank them enough for being so kind to answer all my questions and get to me so fast!
