So the tech came out on short notice, which I appreciated, and he replaced a capacitor outside. The AC worked briefly at first, but after he left it clicked off again and the fan was not running. My landlord had to call him back out. That didn't bother me, as he came back quickly and fixed it. The main issue was the communication. Air Tech has been outstanding from start to finish. Matt, the owner, has personally overseen the installation of a 95% American Standard furnace and AC unit in my home, as well as a Mitsubishi heat pump for our bedroom suite. I'm truly impressed and grateful for the service we received. Several people had checked our air conditioner before, but this technician was the only one who truly found and fixed the issue. He worked very hard and carefully, and now our AC is running better than ever. He absolutely deserves five stars. Highly recommended!
