David Chen, the repair technician, was friendly, timely, and competent. We were satisfied with his work. However, Airtech appears to greatly inflate its prices for the parts and services it provides. For example, in addition to paying $713 for 8 Hrs of labor and $250 to process our warranty claim, we were charged $671 to replace the Filter/Dryer which typically retails for about $20. Anthony at Air-Tech was incredibly prompt, professional, and thorough while addressing the issues with my central air unit. I would highly recommend Air-Tech to anybody experiencing problems with their A/C and HVAC units.
AirTech has been maintaining my parents' home for going on 4 years now. We get 2 services a year. Their customer service is excellent. Great communication. You get to speak to an actual person. Before your service day, you'll get a reminder email and text message. On the day of your service, you will receive a text picture of your technician that will be servicing your unit so you know who to look out for. This is a great safety measure. We had not had our HVAC serviced in the 5 years since we moved into our home in Altadena nor after the Eaton fire destroyed our neighborhood. Needless to say, our HVAC was filthy and not running as efficiently as it should. The service we received from start to finish was excellent. Clear communication, our tech was ontime and professional. Our system functions much more efficiently now and our home cools down so much fsster. I would not hesitate to hire them again.
Very nice appointment setup and routine service performed on my AC/Heating unit. The tech cleaned and inspected every system component to my satisfaction. I received photos of the service with my invoice via email which was nice.
