Called with a broken furnace, they were able to send out a technician (Phillip) same day. He was great and answered the barrage of questions I asked, and now we have a working furnace again.
Technician showed up on time, very courteous and helpful.
Our experiences with Airtech have always been positive over the 8 years or so we’ve used the company. Jeremy was no exception. He was punctual, personable and professional.
Phillip performed maintenance for both my central ac and furnace. He was very professional and thorough and answered all my questions. He gave detailed explanations and even provided photos to explain some important points. Excellent service!
One of the worse HVAC companies I’ve ever had to work with. From start to finish it was a terrible experience, I called them about my heating unit not coming up to temp and the technicians they sent out were very rude and kept telling me different things. When I finally got a quote they wanted to do a full reinstallation which would have cost he a few thousand.
