Both Rod and Andrew were great when my A/C unit stopped working. Andrew came out and got it running that day when the temperature was in the 90’s, even though it still needed a new motor. To order the part would take over a week, however Rod kept in touch with me and was able to secure a better motor for me at an even better price. I scheduled a call for maintenance on my HVAC system and to diagnose a problem with a mini split. David the technician arrived on time, and efficiently completed the assessments and explained his findings and recommendations. Happily he had the parts for the HVAC and we scheduled a follow up for the minisplit to consider a replacement as it was well past its end of life. We were able to book an appointment easily and were called when an earlier time slot became available. The technician was on time and handled our issue well (blocked condensate line) and checked out another unit as well.Very satisfied, well done!

It was a pleasure and a great service experience to have Cody as my service technician. He got to work right away to solve the problem with my mini-split unit. He was courteous and presented himself as knowledgeable and capable. He was also very thorough in his inspection of the indoor and outdoor unit. If I needed a service in the future, I would without doubt ask for Cody. As I told Cody, he rates 10+ and is an absolute asset to Air Tech.

David did a great job figuring out the problem with my A/C, and that’s after I’ve hired 3 other companies to look at it over the past few years and none of them did anything more than bandage the issue. The service team that did the repair work were great, clean, and efficient; they explained what they did at the end thoroughly when I asked questions and gave me a lot of confidence that AirTech will support their hardware and work for many years to come
