My Wife and I had Shannon put in a new HVAC unit and all we can say, He is a genuine, Honest, and great person to deal with! He actually communicates,(something other businesses could take a lesson from) and if by chance he is going to be even 5 minutes late, he calls and lets you know! Very knowledgable and won't try and sell you something you don't need. He also has done work for several of my friends, family, as well work for my church's parsonage at Sweetwater Presbyterian Church. In my opnion, from personal experience h... read more
I had been using Air Tech for several years now, he put in a new heat pump for me and have done my maintenance service yearly for the past several years now. You don’t know how a person deals with a problem until you have one. I’ve always been happy with his service until last couple of years. I didn’t think to write a bad review until just now. He installed a booster fan for my upstairs bedroom, which worked like he said it would. But couldn’t install a switch in the house for me to turn it on and off, which he said he woul... read more
Best heat and ac repairman in town! Prompt and courteous and fair pricing! Highly recommend Shannon
Best ac service around. He installed complete ductwork 8 years ago, with big Rheem, at cabin near Blowing rock, also wired generator...ac quit 2 days ago, he was here yesterday said it needs new motor, parts still warranties. He is here now installing new part. Absolutely amazing that he's so determined to help asap. Even labor was reasonable. For above average service and top notch installation, you'll be well pleased with Air-Tech. Now I'm going to close the windows! Thank you Shannon. Rev. Guess
We required a new heat pump and AC unit. It was installed quickly and with reasonable pricing. Above and beyond what we paid for. It’s been 4 years since our install and never had an issue!
