Contacted company in regards to unlocking new IPhone as I would be traveling overseas and current network does not work with my phone. I paid $120 and the unlock chip was installed in store. It immediately did not work. I was told this was the norm and just visit the Verizon store and they will install new sim to be compatible with this unlock device. So.. off to Verizon I go and guess what!! They never saw this unlock chip and googled the product. Wow!!! 89 cents on eBay and Amazon... I returned to Airtec to request refund ... read more
