Even though Bill couldn't help me with my issue, he gave me good advice on how to find someone who could and recommended someone else in case I need it. Did not charge me for the visit. I appreciated the advice.

My AC went Memorial Day weekend, I called many places Tuesday morning and no one would be available for a week. When I spoke with Air Tec they were so pleasant and although very busy were able to get to me within 24 hours. Professional, courteous, and knowledgable I will continue to do business with him as well as reccommend him to everyone I know

I called Air-Tec on a Saturday morning at 9:30am and my furnace was fixed by 10:30am. I was lucky Bill was in the area, but both times I've hired Air-Tec, the problem was resolved in a very timely manner. Bill is very professional, but yet personable at the same time. The receptionist is very friendly as well. This wasn't the first time I called Air-Tec and won't be the last.
