I had service as part of another electric company service. My AC went down on Sunday and I tried calling for service. I have left a couple messages hoping someone would respond even saying we got your message. I am still waiting for that call. I've come to the conclusion you're answering service or phone service is the main problem you're having. By the way the rating above can change. Please change your online information to closed until further notice on times of operation. Since you are closed
This was a great experience. Broken AC in FL YIKES! Warranty company had me 5 days out. Air Systems came the next day. Christian climbed to the attic. He fixed it! BUT then he told me exactly what was wrong what to watch for. THEN he checked for leaks....THEN he called to ask about coverage THEN he put in coolant THEN he stayed to be sure it worked and I totally understood what he completed. 5 stars isn't enough 🤗
