Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. The positives are that they came to my home promptly. And overall, installation of HVAC was very good. However, they failed to secure the insulation around ducts, leaving gaps where cold air escaped into my attic for 2 years. They also failed to seal with silicon or spongy foam where cold air escaped and condensate dripped around pipes and drain line for 2 years. They were incredible to work with and I’m extremely grateful for their attention to detail and incredible customer service! Very professional and reasonable, they were honest in the fact I didn’t need a full replacement and they communicated exactly what was needed to get me back cool!
