I can’t say enough good things about this service! I called late in the evening when my central air completely stopped working, and they were at my door the very next morning. The technician (Abe) diagnosed the problem quickly, had the parts on hand, and had my AC running perfectly in no time. In the middle of a heatwave, this kind of fast, reliable service is a lifesaver. Highly recommend to anyone who needs prompt, expert work done right the first time!
Recently had some questions about the thermostat having wrong temperatures and didn’t quite understand. Called Abe and they were right here the next day. We decided to simplify with a new less complex thermostat. It was clearly explained to us what the problem was and it wound up being pretty simple. The next day they came and replaced the thermostat. We’re real happy.
Abe was fantastic from start to finish! He was incredibly responsive and came out as soon as I called. We already knew our HVAC unit was on its last leg, it was over 20 years old and barely hanging on. AirSurge came out and has done some repair for us over the past year or so. They do a great job and had made sure our system is running as best as it can. We have an older system and they are working to keep it running as long as possible before we have to break down and buy a whole new system. Definitely recommend them for your AC work.
