Air Squad was amazing! John was easy to work with, very accommodating and he did an excellent job. I definitely recommend him! He replaced a water heater and had to replace the water shut off valve that was broken. Both working fine.
My service technician John, was fast, reliable, and knowledgeable in repairing the issue at hand.
This was an AHS warranty request. I was called the next day and even offered a same day appointment! I wasn’t in a position to do same day but John was able to come out the next day. He called me when he was on his way. John was able to quickly diagnose the issue and fix it. Whole process took about 45 minutes. Very efficient and most importantly, the toilet is fixed!
John did a great job. He was professional, quick and knowledgeable.
John came out and repaired my water heater promptly. He showed me ways to improve its performance over the years and increase its longevity. I really liked all the education he gave me on my water heater
