Got same-day service. Mark was very personable, knowledgeable & fast. He listened to my concern with the water heater, identified the issue quickly, got the part I needed & was done in an hour ... made my day that much easier!
We submitted a service call for a garbage disposal issue through our home warranty and this vendor accepted our call. The immediately reached out to schedule. It just so happened they were in our zip code the same day. They fixed the issue within an hour and left everything clean. Great customer service and technician. Would definitely recommend them. Rare to find such great service.
The service tech who assisted us did a great job. Jamie A. was prompt, courteous, and professional. He took the time to answer all our questions and overall provided an awesome customer experience.
I humbly feel so blessed with Air Squad and their tech, Gar Khachaturov. My AC is an older unit that most companies take one look at and walk away from—but not Gar. He seemed to know exactly what was wrong before even fully opening it up. He repaired damaged wires, fixed the breaker, replaced the faulty part, and had cool air flowing again in no time. I want to give credit where it’s due—the technician who came out to my property was fantastic. They were professional, knowledgeable, and did a great job addressing the issue. However, I have to be honest about the business practices of this company. I was quoted over the phone for an excavation job, with the understanding that a large portion would be dug up and everything would be put back as it was.
