Had a great experience, with Doug for our consult and Rayne and Josh for install , they were all great and very efficient, communicated very well and we will definitely recommend them!
Our furnace stopped working (overnight in February ofc) and it was getting pretty cold in here. Air Source Home Comfort had some great Google reviews so we decided to give them a try. We made the appointment same day and at first we were told we might be out of heat until Monday (it was Friday!) but our tech spent more time digging into the problem, checking other possible causes and it turned out to be a part that could be replaced without much drama. We experienced an emergency on a freezing Sunday when our heat went out completely. Fortunately, AirSource Barrie returned my desperate call, and arrived promptly THAT SAME DAY. They diagnosed the issue (a faulty igniter) and fixed it quickly. Their communication was also frequent and timely.
