Had a service call today from Alex, as I had noticed a small refrigerant leak from my a/c unit. He was very courteous and professional, and provided me with a solution that I was very happy with. Excellent service! The technician was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issue with my HVAC system. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and got my AC up and running again. I really appreciated their attention to detail, honesty, and commitment to making sure everything was working properly before leaving. I highly recommend their service and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.
Liam and Ken did a fantastic install on our Central Air! Both techs were patient and courteous! They used floor coverings and cleaned up both work areas when they were done. They gave thorough training on the new system as well as the existing furnace / ventilation. 5 star job!
