Brad was a great service tech, found our AC leak quickly and repaired it the next day. The company had a very quick response time during a heatwave.
Our experience did not start out the smoothest with a few different appointment time changes with a final time of 2:30pm-4pm given to us which we switched our sons nap time to accommodate and were told the tech would text or call when they were close because we had dinner plans that night and had to leave shortly after 4pm. There was no call or text from the tech who eventually showed up at 4:46pm when no one was home.
