Air Source installed an HVAC unit, thermostat and Halo system for me. They were professional, dependable, and affordable. The city came and inspected the install and it passed. I waited a few weeks to write a review to be sure everything is still working correctly. I am a satisfied customer. I would recommend them. If this review changes in the future; I will post an update.

Air Source installed a brand new furnace for us last year. On Monday, it stopped working. We have tried to contact the company for service. No one will pick up the phone. We finally received a text from ***, who said he would call us back. He did call the next day to apologize and say service would be at least a week out. We paid in cash for a new system in December, and it is broken, and you can't be bothered to even return our call in person. We went with a local company to support local businesses in ******. I made sire to let him know we was two weeks out on the schedule and text him everyday letting him know that we could not fit him in the schedule and I even offered to help him find another company if he couldnt wait on us.
