He wouldn't call us back. He came down for a service call, charged us, and then disappeared when the problem came back in 24 hours. We tried contacting him multiple times, and he clearly ignored us intentionally. I wouldn't recommend having this company do work for you unless you are sure it is done correctly before they leave.
We hired Air Source One to replace the indoor air handler at our home. After payment, the installation was not completed. We attempted to follow up about the unfinished work but did not receive a resolution. Based on our experience, we would not use this company again
