I had the worst experience with Air Source 1, LLC.I paid $ ***** as deposit for an $ ***** AC unit that I never received. Several attempts were made to communicate with the owner and his wife but they are so disrespectful by not answering phone calls or hanging up on us. The texting was rude, unhelpful and totally unprofessional. They made fake charges and returned only $ ******** for services NOT RENDERED. Totally UNTRUSTWORTHY !!!

This is a complete fabrication. I would be happy to upload the invoices that were outstanding. We tried to install an AC at one of her rental properties. After weeks of going back and forth with ****************** and her tenant we agreed on a price and a day to do the install. Three technicians were there for an hour and a half when the tenant said it would not be a good day and told us to leave.
