Whoever the gentleman I spoke with on the phone was Extremely Rude, based on this attitude I would NOT recomend this company! Update: Im not sure who you are referring to, however I called about my unit upstairs leaking water, when I tried to ask about pricing I was told "I dont have time for this" and was hung up on.. Im guessing you must upset more then one peraon per day.. Excellent service. A++. I dealt with a gentleman named Pat and he was extremely helpful. He explained in clear non jargon terms what was going on with one of my AC units and my available remediation options. I did not feel pressured to choose any one particular option. When he left the AC was nice and cold :)
