They charged way more for a diagnostic service call ($325 ) than any other a/c companies we have used., We complained but they offered only to reduce the charge if we used them for the repair/new unit. Their price for a new unit was not competitive to others
I have been using Air Solutions since 2012. They have always been courteous, professional and gone above and beyond to take care of my A/C needs. The owner cares about his customers. I highly recommend them.

Reckless drivers on the street speeding and almost side swiping cars. Very aggressive behind the wheel.While on the company vehicle. If that’s who you hire and who you allow to represent you ,what makes you think people will trust you to come to their homes or businesses??? I’m grateful I am a safe driver and was able to take evasive action to avoid the multiple collisions.
We already had a diagnostic and only wanted a quote - I give one star for unethical business practices. In 102 heat they want $170 to show up to just quote us and compel us to use them because our staff is suffering in the heat. The other companies we called gave us a quote over the phone because we had a diagnostic already. So one star is one too many for a company that lacks compassion and doesn’t care.
