So, I call them before the labor day weekend, to get a specific part. I had already verified it was in stock. I explained that I knew it was in stock. I knew what the problem was, and just needed someone to come out at fix it. They said it would do the job and quoted me over 1100 dollars, and said they could not do it before the long weekend and would have to do it the following Tuesday. The star rating is actually zero, but that would remove the ability to post this comment. Yes, it was really that low. Extremely disappointed in the lack of integrity this company exhibits. For starters, they are advertised as local and they are NOT local. And they CHARGE exorbitant prices for their travel time from Tacoma. Further, the young employee was not familiar with my appliance and spent a lot of time just sitting and looking at it, loosening screws only to tighten them and the same with his wrench re/fasteners. Amazing local company!! Our installer was friendly, knowledgeable and always quick on service calls! I highly recommend them!
