Bryan Reyes did an excellent job. He explained how the equipment works and provided helpful advice on how to properly maintain it. Bryan deserves 5 stars for his service. Unfortunately, my overall experience with the company has been disappointing. I feel customers are treated very differently after the equipment is installed. There do not seem to be enough technicians to handle emergencies, and my concerns were not handled properly by Rebecca, a supervisor. Bryan was very kind and helpful. He did his job very well and throughly explained what was wrong.
Terrible experience. Technician as so inappropriate rude that I had to call the office asking them to have him leave. Called another company. Never mind they still charged the $120 fee.
Temperature sensor was replaced under waranty. The tech Brian did a great job and fast.
