El domingo mi aire acondicionado dejó de funcionar por completo, así que llamé a esta compañía. Debo decir que el técnico llegó rápido y fue amable, pero lamentablemente mi experiencia fue muy negativa. Pagamos $180 por el diagnóstico y, en lugar de recibir una evaluación técnica honesta, lo que obtuvimos fue una estrategia de venta. I called on a Friday at 1030pm and they actually picked up the phone… they were very professional and took the time to listen to my situation. They scheduled me for the next available appt which was very soon and even offered 24/7 service in case it was an emergency. Pedro the technician was on time and very courteous. He solved my main issue quickly and then went above and beyond by also reinstalling my thermostat so it wouldn’t slide on the wall. Great overall experience.

I had a great experience with Air Solutions and Repairs. The technician, Omar, was extremely knowledgeable and transparent, walking me through every step of the process and explaining what he was doing as he went. He arrived very quickly, was courteous and professional, and got my AC up and running in no time. I’m very impressed with the customer service and fast response time—they truly delivered when I needed it most. I’m completely satisfied and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.
